DAVID P. BERNAL
Chairman & CEO, California

David is the managing partner for KLR Associates, LLC, a nationwide real estate investment firm involved with real estate investment opportunities, property management and land development.
Previously, David spent 11 years as technical director at Pacific Bell. His previous titles include director of engineering, senior vice president and managing director. David received his Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University, pursued graduate studies in public administration at Long Beach State University and completed law school at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton.
Jerry Mussack
Chief Information officer, California

Jerry is an experienced information technology professional with a diverse background that includes teaching, coaching, consulting, and executive leadership. He has worked in many industries and currently serves as the head of IT for a series C SaaS startup.
In addition to his business career, Jerry has volunteered his time and expertise to serve on church and school boards. Jerry earned his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and his Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Jerry is proud to bring his extensive experience and dedication to One Bread Foundation to help fulfill the call to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves (Proverbs 31:8).
Dejoron T. Campbell

Dejoron is a passionate and results-driven People & Culture leader with 15+ years of experience leading comprehensive HR and DEI strategies that improves organizational performance and drives talent growth. She has served as a trusted and strategic DEI and HR advisor to functional and business unit leaders in various industries such as performing arts, business logistics, commercial and residential building, academia and luxury retail. She has previously served as the Director, People Experience, Inclusion & Belonging at Saks, a leading luxury retail company. She was responsible for Saks OFF 5th portfolio company’s strategic development and execution of overall talent and inclusion plan. Also, she developed and implemented talent, learning and inclusion strategic plans for all Saks portfolio companies to support recruitment, engagement and retention goals and drive overall business success. Dejoron has also held DEI and HR leadership roles at MiTek, New York City Center, Emory University’s School of Medicine, the National Diversity Council and Pitney Bowes, a global fortune 500 company in the business services industry.
Dejoron is passionate about youth health, safety, and development. In her spear time, she volunteers to St. Jude Children Hospital, NBMBAA-Atlanta Leaders of Tomorrow, and dedicated to supporting One Bread Foundation in fulfilling their mission to support the rehabilitation of child victims of sex trafficking in the United States.
Dejoron received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a political science major from Alfred University in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in human resources management from the University of New Haven in 2009. She received her designation as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in 2009 and CDP (Certified Diversity Professional) in 2016.
Halie Hooper
Corporate Secretary & Attorney - Indiana
Halie is an Indiana attorney with a specialization in business and transactional law. She is currently our acting Supervising Attorney and is happy to provide any assistance to our legal team members and be a valuable resource for them.
Halie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Evansville with a concentration in Management. She then pursued law school at Southern Illinois Simmons Law School, with a specialization in Business and Transactional Law. She is eager to utilize her education and experience to help advocate and support those in need and help her community.
Nilesh Nayyar
Corporate Treasurer, California
Nilesh is a licensed CPA in California and is originally from San Diego. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in business economics at the University of California, Irvine, he has worked as an accountant and business consultant for over a dozen different businesses across a wide range of industries. Nilesh recently moved to San Francisco and is excited at the opportunity to give back to a community that has welcomed him warmly since he moved there. Outside of work his passions are basketball, reading, football, traveling, and being the proud owner of a Labradoodle named Nyla.
